Lamarr Williford

Lamarr Williford

Lamarr Williford is an All-Star West Coast Swing competitor, performer, choreographer, instructor and artist. He rose to the top tier of the competitive West Coast Swing circuit in only four years, an accomplishment that takes a lifetime for many.

Studying and practicing the art of partner dancing for six years, the Chicago, IL native teaches West Coast Swing, Salsa, Hustle, and Country dance. He leads advanced level seminars as well as classes to beginners taking their first dance steps.

While Lamarr specializes in teaching excellent technique on the dance floor, he feels that being a good role model and practicing good social etiquette is equally important. “Being part of a dance community is a privilege,” says Lamarr. “Always treat others with kindness and lead with respect.”

Jennifer Czech

Jennifer fell in love with partner dancing about 20 yrs ago at a local country bar where she loved to line dance! Line dancing allowed her to be creative with what she felt with the music but she really enjoyed sharing her dance experience with a partner. She was formally introduced to West Coast Swing five years ago. After three months of private and group lessons and tons of social dancing, she placed 2nd in her first competition and has been evolving her love of this dance on and off the competition floor ever since!

“I am very excited to be teaching the beginner lessons this weekend! I enjoy dancing with and teaching new dancers. It’s exciting to see each of them process this dance in their own way. I can’t wait to share my knowledge, experience and love of West Coast Swing with everyone!’”
